SOLUTION Collaborated with our client's agency to deploy a continuous improvement production program and find smarter ways to deliver the work.

RESULT Cost reduction and time efficiencies across shoot days, CGI, post usage rights and playouts for over 80 spots per year.

SOLUTION We developed the ‘Usage Rights Protocol’, a set of straightforward principals to follow before commissioning any new work. We also built a framework for negotiating, costing and optioning, while driving consistent working practices across our client's organisation.
